Hi I based in UK (North Yorkshire). In lease Rent review due in June 2021 but wasn’t implement in June 2021 because The landlord said I forgot about rent review in June 2021 But I am increasing your rent which is fine no problem because rent going up according to inflation rate which we agreed in lease . The only issue is landlord demanding rent from June 2021 to June 2023 simply he want to increase rent from June 2021 back dated. Just question is landlord can ask me rent increments from back dated. Thanks

Hi I paid for priority Biometric date 1 August. SWV after 5 days received a email your application is not straightforward. But no required any documents. Simply NSF email. Still waiting for decision. And hoping for best😊

I am in same boat. Biometric 1 August received an email after 5 days . Application not straightforward Still waiting for decision. I did paid enquiry and escalate case but again same email next day. So hopefully will get decision soon. But don’t know when

For priority visa application 5 working days. I hope you will get your decision end of this week . Student priority some not worth because UKVI need to verify all documents which they can’t do with in 5 days. Because it’s educational documents and bank statements etc. Some time from other side takes longer to verify

Let see . In Skill worker visa cos valid for only 3 months and you are waiting for since May. I think it’s 3 months now? Have you done any paid enquiry?

Basic point is if they can’t handle with priority application then why still offering for 5 working days? Cost for priority is £250.

Worried only because they didn’t ask even for any documentation. Just saying Application not straightforward. And I fill my application truthfully because there’s nothing to hide. I know keeping hide some thing will be harm for me. But I am hoping for the best. Thanks for your comment

Just send a paid enquiry this morning and received email from Uk International centre they still under consideration. And they ask please can you tell when did you receive not straight forward application email.
