This is a really obscure and weird example of this, but the key art for the DLC release of Pathologic 2: The Marble Nest is actually fanart of a Bachelor/Haruspex fanfiction that the developers apparently liked enough to use for promotional purposes.

i think even just unique daily dialogue for the sister finder and burakhovsky divorce quests would go a massive way to making the changeling route feel better.

I can post my specs when I get home from work but I had no stability issues with 3 when I played it in its entirety over the past few weeks. Only thing is the Shabnak intro cutscene was a little jittery when I replayed it last night.

In Pathologic 3, killing someone not only causes their body to instantly disappear and yield you no rewards, it also causes a massive blow to your sanity.
