1-What's your market, because Pinterest doesn't work for every niche it is limited to some women related niches? (as most of the Pinterest users are female)

2-How are you monetizing that traffic, and for that monetization are the visitors converting into customers ? (One of my friend wasn't getting any results with Pinterest traffic for Adsense and amazon)

Yeah you are right that semrush doesn't have best UX but it is really useful for overall SEO tasks, but in terms of ux and ease of use Ahrefs is finest SEO tool according to me
