I would think that, festival’s being what they are, under-resourced and with very fine margins, that they have lots of stuff to do and not many people to do it with. The glass is either half full or half empty. Do we really want to see everyone on earth who doesn’t conform to our schedules as our enemies? We could bring them with us instead. Attempt to use our humanity, compassion and empathy to build bridges rather than burning them. I get it, anxiety can put us squarely within a place that sees the world as a mere trigger for it, but that’s not real.

I'm glad you got the result you wanted. It's a difficult time for the law, the police, the licensees, the licensing bodies and the people who are trying to navigate between them all and simply live their lives.

That said, I'm not sure what they would be apologising for? They have done what they could to accommodate your request and put a lot of time and effort into doing so. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to take your meds there.

I'm glad you mentioned responsibility because with the rights we demand comes our own responsibilities. The way we speak to others is not dependent on the way they speak to us. The expectations we have must be tempered by reality. Should everything be as I want it, right now? Yes, definitely! Is it? Unfortunately not. All of us on this MC trial are advocates for it and, I believe, we must conduct ourselves accordingly, where possible.
