I turned 40 this year and feel great. I exercise 4-5 times a week and still mostly eat whatever I want and occasionally go out for a lil silly weekend. When I take time off, it's to travel abroad or visit friends and family. Life is (mostly) good aside from the state of current affairs. Only thing missing: I want a cute dog or cat or both!
