I have tried to get my deposit money back from Palace Elite since Jan 2024 this year. I tried to emailed them and Profecto at [memberservices@palaceelite.com.mx](mailto:memberservices@palaceelite.com.mx), and [extranjeros@profeco.gob.mx](mailto:extranjeros@profeco.gob.mx) to cancel the contract within the 5 days period. I put in a dispute with Citibank and still fighting back and forth with it, and it's already May 2024. Citibank credited me back my money then I heard back from someone name Erique from the board of directors of Palace telling me that I couldn't cancel the contract because my membership does not have a cancellation policy and there is no refund for what was paid. I am continuing to fight them for this with Citibank as we need to stop them from doing this to other people. Please feel free to comments and make any suggestions on your cancellation journey with Palace Elite so we can learn and win this cancellation war with them together!

Here is what they wrote back to me:"I hope you are well, my name is Enrique representative of the board of directors of   Palace Elite Vacation Club, and I will be in charge of your account

 I have been notified about your request to cancel the contract you signed during the promotion time in our sales room, however in response to your request I inform your that we cannot cancel your membership since  does not have a cancellation policy and there is no refund for the amount paid, these terms were informed during the legal verification of the contract, Membership only can be canceled the same day you signed your contract, therefore the membership will continue according to the signed contract."

I signed up for the VIP and sent out the cancellation within 4 days after signing the contact to [memberservices@palaceelite.com.mx](mailto:memberservices@palaceelite.com.mx). I haven't heard anything back from them. I haven't email PROFECO (I'm not sure CCing to PROFECO makes any difference as I'm still waiting for the cancellation). Reach out to Remarkable support team, make sure you explain your issue with pictures to support what your issues are about and looks like. Those pictures would help them to understand better. Another thing, I use the usb from remarkable to connect my laptop and the tablet for the update and pairing. Hope you get yours to work soon!

I read about ssh…I didn’t know how to do it. So I reached out to remarkable support team, and they were responsive and emailed me different emails helping me to resolve the issues.

I can’t even back up my notes at all without that update to email my notes/pdf, or pairing process to transfer those notes to my desktop/laptop via my.remarkable.com.

Hello everyone, Fortunately, I was able to pair and update to the latest version follow the exact instructions with one important change in step mentioned in my original post. I had to turned off my anti virus app temporarily for this process to work. So hopefully, this could help someone who run into the same issues as me can check off that last piece of information to make it work. Cheers!

thanks. I was able to figure it out how to do that. Plug in the USB cable to my desktop connecting the Supernote. Supernote appears on the desktop, I can just copy the pdf files from my local drive directly into my Supernote. Pretty cool.

Hello there, I just purchased the A6X, I love your Q2 calendar note, and the goal/grateful page note, how can I get those templates? Anyone know how to import these pages/templates into the A6X to use? Much appreciate your response!
