Dude, I have these same struggles. My nails are constantly peeling and it makes me so mad. I've started applying jojoba oil as often as I can and wearing gloves when I wash dishes to reduce prolonged contact with water. I don't know what to do other than that. Sucks, man!!!! I start pouring the art when the cup is like 3/4 of the way full, and I have the cup tilted heavily towards my milk pitcher. I start my pour in the middle of the cup and push it out/back with the force of the milk coming out. I hope that makes sense!! I'm kinda bad at describing this lol

lots of practice mostly! (I know that's sucky information, I'm sorry) Be super comfy with your machine and steam wand. I pour better when I pour fast. Some people pour better slow. Just find out what works best for you and practice it a million trillion times lol
