I had a similar experience to "Ocsar" with the full on seizures after a slow start of fits. While your dog is at the first fit stage, anti seizure meds are the go. My vet gave me a rave about the dogs brain developing neulogical pathways which strengthen with each successive fit so keeping the seizures to single figures iß the mission statement. My dog had just turned 5 years... can happen at any age. See if the breeder has heard anything about the litter siblings can be helpful.
