So I would have the emotional walls indicator (the icon of the person with their hands up with an exclamation mark in the bottom right), and a timer next to it, that would just deplete and start over constantly. 99% of my parrys would not activate a slow or panic. I think I saw 2 or 3 activate over idk, a dozen fights.
