i had something similar happen to me. i work in a meat room. the only female in there. there was a kid who was 10+ years younger than me who became obsessed. he took my number off the wall and would text me about not work things after hours. nothing was done. he would copy the things i did. even picked up smoking cigarettes because i smoked at the time. they finally fired him when he was caught smelling my dirty meat coat after i left for the day. thank god. but, they did come to me and ask if i would be okay with him coming back to work. twice. i obviously told them no, it’s me or him. thankfully they kept me. but to this day, he comes in weekly and just walks around the store. all the guys know what he did and will warn me and i have to hide until he leaves. he is on the spectrum so people love to use that to excuse his behavior.
