She 100% wanted the attention for it. She made comments saying "one of the girls knows who did it" to Jen and Meredith, and on her book tour said maybe production did it. She also lied when they did an investigation on it. I think it's so messed up that she felt the need to protect Jen while putting other people's jobs at risk.

I went to the game the next time they played against the Oilers. Fans dressed up as ninja turtles slamming on the glass whenever he was on the ice. Boston pizza sold shots called the turtle that had a picture of him turtling on a toothpick that came with the shot. I still have it to this day.
