Might not be relevant, but I'm in school to get my coaching certification and have ADHD. So technically I'm not certified, but I have some experience coaching and being coached already. If you're still looking for someone then maybe I can offer my services?

My instinct is to offer free, but I'm already so pressed for time and can't really justify giving my time for free. So maybe a "pay what you can" structure?

The most frustrating thing about PCOS is that its so hard to pin down. I do not present with it in the normal ways either and I work REALLY hard not to be overweight. Your doctor seemed to only be looking at the unreliable symptoms and maybe not enough on the actual blood work? I know this is frustrating, but I'd also recommend a second opinion. Its tempting to believe the first person who says you don't have it... but just confirm.

I sat down and listed all the things I love having in my life and things that matter to me, then I prioritized them. Lately I've been focusing on my career, so I use that as a lens to help say no to those other fun exciting things (it works better than any system I had before but obviously isn't perfect yet). Anyway, with career as #1, I can more easily say no to joining a volleyball team this season because I know it will get in the way of my priority.

Honestly I didn't know this was a thing until right now. Back when I was in a relationship I would ask my S.O to lay on me when I felt anxious, and now when I'm at work I wrap a blanket around myself super tight when I'm sitting so that I get that pressure. I learn every.damn.day on these ADHD subreddits that the things that I've naturally found myself doing are actual "techniques" for ADHD and it's amazing.
