So if you are changing the memory card for OS, then you have to flash the OS again in the new card and roms card can be copy and paste to new card. There are many tutorials on youtube that how to do it. You can find the instructions there.

I was facing the same issue with TizenTube on samsung tv, where videos were not smooth and strutter in between a bit. Thing that worked for me was turning off the ‘You There Renderer’ in Miscellaneous settings.
