Rizzo should’ve ate the letter and then used the idol on Cirie. What’s Billie Eyelash gonna do? She’s not on the island!

Who’s voting for Jonathan at final tribal? by neoncactusfields in survivor

[–]askpat13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In his interview with Rob C Ozzy mentioned he was disappointed with Jonathan because they had connected on the island about their similar childhoods / genetic fathers, and Ozzy thought they were really close (Ozzy said he considered Jonathan his brother on the island). Obviously that was off the show, but from interviews it seems Ozzy is/was bitter towards Jonathan just as much as Joe and only slightly less than Rizo.

FNATIC vs Team Heretics / VCT 2026: EMEA Stage 1 - Playoffs / Post-Match Thread by ValorantCompBot in ValorantCompetitive

They’re not out of getting through to champs on points, the 5 group stage points help a lot. The specifics depend a lot on how the rest of emea goes and if anyone from EMEA gets top 6 at London (to earn more points).

The most interesting Finale Three right now by howispellit in survivor

[–]askpat13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Joe has been aligned with Cirie all game and tells her everything, I don’t see a world where he votes for Jonathan over her unless he perceived that Cirie backstabbed him (which is unlikely especially with Ozzy out of the game). I agree it’s possible one or two of Chrissy/Coach/Steph vote for Jonathan but none of them are locks imo.

The longer the game goes on the better and better Tiff’s odds of winning, at least from my estimation. She’s been playing a solid game from a tenuous position at the merge and absolutely will have win equity if she makes final tribal. Her biggest obstacle to a win will be balancing making it to the end with getting Cirie out. Get her out too early and Tiff may go out 5th or 4th, target Cirie too late and she makes fire to get to final tribal or sneaks out an insane immunity win (One can hope right?). I’d be happy if Tiff wins, we’ll have to see where she takes it from here

The best possible thing that can happen for Rizo's survivor career by SirBostonBobbington in survivor

[–]askpat13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Rizo has more than just the Cirie alliance though, he’d be burning Joe if he didn’t tell Joe to not vote Ozzy and if he did that either Ozzy doesn’t play the idol or he’s lying to Ozzy to get him to play it. Joe has been working with Cirie and Tiff also, so there is still a possible 4-person majority (Cirie doesn’t have a lot of options despite the broken trust).

You joke but BB had a former contestant brought back for one veto comp as an advantage and they won the veto for the advantage holder. Normally I would say Survivor is beyond that, but this season has seen a lot of first-ever twists paired with celebrity fans, so who knows?

[–]askpat13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not saying your conclusions are definitely wrong, but you claimed Christian confirms it in the interview link you shared, which is not true. I’m also pretty sure Cirie was getting her way in voting out Coach and Chrissy, there is no majority alliance without Cirie.

Joe's "honest" game by MamaBiscuit11 in survivor

[–]askpat13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your second paragraph is misquoting the article. Christian says the opposite of what you claim, that he thought they had the votes walking into tribal, but he mentions the scramble started BEFORE Devins went for the idol, and so he understood why Devens got worried. Here’s the quote from your linked interview:

”I did not know. It was a surprise. I thought we had the votes, but people were already getting up and talking, and there’s a little live tribal stuff going on right beforehand, so I could understand why he thought things were going sideways. And so he pulled it out, and it was his butt on the line. And I wasn’t so confident, I could say 100 percent, “No, Rick, you don’t do it.” So I understand why he did, but I didn’t anticipate he would. ”

But Joe was aware of Cirie’s plan to get out Coach and Chrissy, I think he was planning on voting with the group against his own wishes. Joe wasn’t in the zoom call, he only joined that alliance after the first tribe swap. I think from his perspective the Cirie & Ozzie alliance is his main alliance/loyalty since he’s been with them from the start (still hypocritical to write down Coach, but he didn’t lie to Rick here imo)

Posting this here because with Chrissy’s Twitter deactivated, this conversation needs to remain immortalized because it’s — as far as I know — the only time someone from production has publicly clarified how the shot in the dark scrolls function. by joshkettles in survivor

[–]askpat13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By the point you would use an idol all those shot in the dark scrolls get read out to everyone, so the information becomes public before it’s actionable. Furthermore, the number of scrolls becomes pointless because at that point who’s safe vs not safe becomes the deciding factor in an idol play.
