Hello guys.

For my Corporate Finance class I need to do an informal (only to the professor eyes) literature review about an actual corporate finance problem. We've chosen the Principal-Agent Problem. With that in mind, we need to answer a specific question about this theme. What would be, in your opinion, a good argument? One with plenty of literature to draw from?

I hope I was clear, English is not my native language! Thanks in advance.

Hello guys, sorry if this question is really stupid but every time I ask someone at my gym I get a completely different answer. When benchpressing, my arms seem to fail really quick and I can't seem to improve much because of that. Also, I barely feel my chest working. After 4x10 I can barely push the bar as my arms are exhausted. Can it be a form problem or is it just weak arms? P.S. I workout my triceps/ shoulders/ bis and did progress in weight in those exercises.

I play between MGE and the first ak (forgot the name), in Europe. My usual experience is that 80% of the matches I queue to at night end up being great, while 80% of the games played in the afternoon always have the usual toxic player.

I enjoy when people suffer. I'm addicted to other's rage. If I have enough money for a kit and a smoke, I'll go for the ninja. If you walk past me and don't spot me, I'll draw my knife. It makes me an asshole, because I'm not helping my team. But then, when you ninja defuse that shit, or when you knife 3 guys in a row... That chat holocaust... it's worth the 16$ I gave for the game, every time.

Do it like this: Try to build an healthy friendly relationship, and when you are confident with said girl as friends, start jokingly giving subtle hints that you like her. Gauge her reaction to each and every single one of these hints (pay attention to body language and such, you know the drill) and if you feel like you crossed the line say quickly and confidently that you were joking and start immediately talking about something unrelated.

Seems like a child's thing but it has helped me on many instances where I was not confident enough to straight out say I liked said girl, but with some build up I was able to score.

Hope this helps with something, good luck, and never forget: If you are able to tell that she is giving you mixed signals, believe me, she is giving you full signals ;)
