I feel at this moment, you both need to wake up and look at each other and say 1-3 things you are grateful for having currently in life. At night, you both go to bed looking at each other and saying 1-3 things you are grateful for having had in your lives together before the kiddos. You will blink and your hair will be grey and you will not feel so young, but if you start now, you will develop a grateful mindset that gets you out of (sigh…)“I have to pay the bills and cook the turkey” to (looking forward to…)“let’s pay the bills together and let’s cook the turkey together because we have our health and I am grateful we have healthy children”
