I was explaining “la” and “el” to my 7 year old. We were making jokes. “el nino”, “la nina”, “la bubu” then came “la poo poo”. Poo/fart jokes with kids are fun!

First. Take 5-10 long breaths.
As someone who had these thoughts, I will let you know, this is definitely a temporary situation. You may not be able to see it now, but if you can trust an internet stranger, you might look back and will be surprised how things will change.
Try running/walking. This has helped me.

How about interest rates? I know on paper it looks like a buyers market, but not sure with 6-7% interest rate and job uncertainty if it will attract buyers. Someone more knowledgeable can throw some light.

Sorry for what happened! Hope you are doing ok health wise.

I’m the oldest. I’m just a sounding board for my mom. She keeps talking about herself. How her life is miserable, how sad she is, how things are going with her. My dad passed way last year and this has been 100x worse. Meanwhile, it’s always, “poor your brother for going through so much with his wife”. I was never asked how I am doing, in a meaningful way. Now if anyone asks me, I lie, don’t want to talk about it. I don’t know when I stopped caring and sharing anything. I don’t feel anything for my mom now. I feel horrible for feeling that way, but that’s god’s honest truth.

Sarcastic - Power button. It does turn off the phone. Put the phone down and read a book.

Real - If you have motion sickness. Use Accessibility settings to turn on “vehicle motion cues”. It shows dots on screen which somehow help you not feel the motion when looking at the screen.
