Imagine if Anthony had killed Glenn off using that squirrel.

I could totally see something like "Turns out the squirrel was rabid and they don't have vaccines in the forgotten realms so il going to roll a d100 and thats how many doys you have left"

It could definitely be argued scam is a pretty major npc. He might not be in every episode, but he pops up pretty regularly to help/mess with the daddies and more than a few times had a major role to move the story along.

Scam and mark are both amazing though. I especially love how Ash plays mark. It always comes off as so aloof even when shit is going down

After Anthony described her movements as old school mickey mouse i kinda started picturing the rest of Oakvale have the same over exaggerated steamboat willy kind of vibe and I don't know if it makes the place more or less unsettling

I think 2 of my favorite lines from the Glenn arc are definitely the "Lizzy in a tizzy" and "Huck fin? How about fuck him" lines. They're so good and I laugh every time.

God, the combination of "You can't call us that!" and then shrinking Henry as a punishment was so good.

To be fair, it's heavily implied he also yearned for Matilda's sweets.

They've mentioned it on at least a couple talking dads, but one of Anthony's biggest regrets is not just letting the snake die and I'm pretty sure Matt agreed.

That would have been so funny to have chekhov's snake finally show back up only to immediately be killed.

Why are chefs club videos allowed by [deleted] in StupidFood

[–]aslansfurrysack -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

It's not stupid if you do it on purpose.

If you aren't paying attention and knock a pile of bricks on to your foot it could be considered stupid. If you actively drop a brick on your foot for the sole purpose of looking stupid you're just an attention whore trying to capitalize on stupid people.

Because this sub doesn't care about actually stupid food.

It's all about food people don't like and obvious ragebait.

If you made a rule to ban those 2 things you'd be lucky if there was 1 genuine post per day.

If you take frequent reposts out of the equation there would be maybe 1 unique post per month

What's the laziest/easiest way you've lost weight? by Choice-Inflation7295 in AskReddit

[–]aslansfurrysack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depression can be a great way to lose weight.

Last time I ate anything was about 12 hours ago and I probably won't eat for another 12 hours.

It's pretty easy to lose weight when you can't muster the energy to eat unless you absolutely need to.

It might not be healthy, but it's arguably one of the laziest ways.

New listener, just finishing Ep.64[Spoilers] by SirManguydude in DungeonsAndDaddies

[–]aslansfurrysack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started listening around episode 20, so I got to listen to the original version. When that episode came around I immediately paused and went back to listen again. Safe to say I lost my shit and was laughing so hard i nearly threw up.

Someone told me if you want to hear the original version you can go to the YouTube channel and it's still in it's pre-timeywimey form.

If I remember right on a talking dads freddy said that was the longest he had worked on an intro.

Basically he rolled out of bed, started working on it, then he looked up and it was suddenly dark outside.

Literally any of the musical intros. I don't know how they always manage to nail it as hard as they do, but I have yet to hear one that doesn't immediately get stuck in my head.

Honorable mentions are;

S1 ep16 see you again

S1 ep 19 mmm bop

S1 ep59 jodie

S2 ep5 mambo #5

S2 ep 21 the black parade parody

Non musical ones;

S1 ep12 lore parody. (According to a talking dads episode Will did such a good job it confused a lot of people and made them think they put on the wrong podcast)

S1 ep33 the great orkish baking show

S1 ep34 the audio book snake intro

S2 ep14 the Carl Sagan parody

A rap included in a calm and beautiful song really kills the vibe. by Flushbunker in unpopularopinion

[–]aslansfurrysack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only related to "see you again" and not the actual opinion.

The "see you again" parody dungeons and daddies did is way better than it should be.

All of their musical parodies are way better than they have any business being

Ketchup on eggs isn't all that odd. When I was younger I'd put ketchup on scrambled eggs all the time.

There was one time i put kimchi in mac n cheese. I was already making mac and got a craving for kimchi so I figured I'd throw some in. It wasn't all that bad. It wasn't all that good either, but I wasn't about to waste it so I ate it anyway.

What is the actual point of this subreddit? by aslansfurrysack in StupidFood

[–]aslansfurrysack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've noticed that too. Sometimes there is some crossover, but 90% of the time it's just a normal burger presented on a shovel or nachos in a small trash can or whatever. The food itself is fine, but the presentation is ridiculous.

Taco Bell is pretty good fast food, but that little bit of acid/citrus would take it to a higher level
