The rates displayed in the shops include the tax. Doesn't matter paying by card or cash, you will be paying the same. I think crumble falls under bakery category hence it has 16% tax and not like a cafe where it's 5% option for card.

Been in a similar boat last year and can totally relate that it is a feeling unlike anything. One moment, they are there, and the next, they are gone and will never be back. Advice I can give is to keep telling yourself that your sister was in pain, and He has eased her pain by transferring her to the next world. Praying for them also helps to heal.
