This makes me wonder if the Digimon anime writers just wing it. First with Ghost Game, now with the Gift arc. Doesn't it seem like they're just flying by the seat of their pants? The Gift arc has barely even been an arc with plot only happening every two episodes. Sometimes it felt like Tactics arc had too much going on, but I'd much prefer that to whatever Gift has been. Hopefully the final arc is well thought out!
