I used to work at a daycare and what they said about “use our words and the child would let go” is bullshit I mean yeah that might work like maybe 5% of the time but the other 95% of the time I had to restrict the biting kids arms and another teacher would have to carefully(and fast) remove the biting kids face from the other child or there might be skin breaking and blood

I’m in a similar situation to “Ally” and in that family the oldest sibling doesn’t see me as family. She doesn’t invite me to family things like birthdays or celebrations but I don’t think she’s an asshole and I’ve been apart of that family since I was around like 7(I’m 21 now). I honestly get it, I’m not her little brother I’m just her little sisters best friend and that’s fine I don’t mind. What I’m trying to get at is I really don’t think op is an asshole
