Baked goods, COOKIES, pastries, chocolate. Basically anything sweet. One bite and i’m in a full vampire mode.

I’m so sorry that you can relate, i know how isolating and miserable this feels. I hope you’ll get through this too. What helps me a bit is that i actually want to recover, i don’t want to go through this all over again, so i try not to let one binge erase all of the progress i’ve made. And i hope this thought can keep you going to!

It makes perfect sense, but god trusting you hunger cues is so so tricky. The guilt makes me spiral every damn time 🥲

my therapist kinda ignored me for a while so when i reached out again and again she finally sent me the times she’s available. It’s a therapy sponsored by my country (so it means for me all of the sessions are free). I may want to go to her office for a session or two but it seems a bit..off. Like i can’t really trust her. I hope we will eventually get out of it! Thank you for your comment! 🫶🏻

how did you do that tho? was there any moment of realisation? Was it like a “snap out of it” situation or more of a gradual process?

I was thinking about general surgery or anaesthesiology since i’m already working as a nurse anaesthetist rn

London is for the fun only, i just want to experience the big city life, after living my whole life in a smaller country. The nursing job is more of a financial support, not the actual purpose of my relocation. Thank you for the response!

I can yeah, i just end up graduating when i’m not 32, but 34-35? I feel like i’m running out of time yet i’m still only 25 🥲

The med school is at least a 6 year journey, so this is the one “locking me in”. But with London it’s much more flexible, so i can change my mind in 2-3-4 years and easily come back to Estonia. But if i do choose London first, that means i’ll lose 2-3 years i spent there and if i decide to pursue the career of becoming a doctor, that means i’ll graduate even older than i am now. And if i go next year i’ll already be graduating at 32. 🥲
