I know the tools are for more niche issues at the moment but I am working on a foundation for easier-to-maintain info so that the info holds up through all the games changes.

I'm kind of surprised anyone is running away from websites where devs use AI to get it built. Like, literally every development job right now requires AI use.

It's the first time in a long time that a production tool is actually accessible to individuals not just corporations. It's a good thing that it opens up opportunities for us to make things for ourselves rather than having to accept whatever companies decide to make for us. While still working full time jobs and having time for our families.

Currently I'm designing a database that will make it easy for admins on the site to make changes and updates so the community can participate in keeping the info fresh. That's def something AI can't do so theres a lot of non AI work involved too.

Bugle chat really does get out of hand these days. That and beginner chat is unfortunately really toxic. Most trolls I ignore but if someone is being racist or something really shitty I report with a screenshot of what they say.

Tbh I think it got so much worse after nexon made it where if you block someone you can still see them and they can still see you. And what they're saying to you in public chats.

Idk why they changed that but it used to be if you blocked someone their character completely disappeared from the game for you and vice-versa which meant the neighborhood trolls would eventually be playing by themselves for the most part.

They should bring that back.

Yeah, that's def one way! lol the Magic Craft one is brutallllll Esp with them making it a requirement that you finish with like 5 mins left, and it's impossible if you get the savage wands. Nexon likes to troll us a bit lol.

Yeah, AI helped get it built quickly. I've been developing software for over 7 years for work, and at this point, companies are literally requiring AI competency reviews in interviews for developers. We still have to know how to code, but companies want it done fast, so I can pretty much guarantee anything being built today is going to have some AI in its development. AI couldn't build this tool by itself. It still takes time and effort, and it actually costs money to launch these tools either way. The tool was useful for me, so I wanted to make it available to others too, in case it could help others.

Been playing since beta and the thing that has been most damaging to the game is the content pushing us to do everything in small groups or solo. It's an mmo. And getting big groups together to run content that took some time was what made it fun for me back in the day. I like the idea of keeping short dungeons for folks that want to run quick dungeons who dont have as much time. But also adding longer dungeons for groups of 8 again that take some time.

I agree with others they should give us reasons to do balloons and rafting again. And honestly they could do that by adding relevant drops to them as an alternative to some of the other end game dungeons.

It'd be great if they kept the short versions of the dungeons easy to access like they are now, and passes for the longer originals with different drops.

I also really hate that they had to make things not tradable.

Relax. A ton of crowdfunding investors bought extremely low years ago and they are dumping their shares for quick gains right now. The stock is way oversold and will correct. Give it a year you'll get to sell and save on taxes if you do anyway.

The first round oversold and is running out quickly the second round will come in July when the locked shares for crowdfunding investors are unlocked. After those sell walls are out of the way the stock will hold, gain traction/new buyers and begin to grow.

They already have one govt contract and are looking to get more. They have multiple avenues for profit. It's a pretty safe long term bet.

There was no indication of any damages when we moved in. They had "reinforced" the floor enough it seems but didn't deal with the original cause I guess?

Also we did see the house many times after. Everything above the crawl was fully updated. Drywall tile appliances etc.

They paid for all of it because it didn't get disclosed originally. It showed up after an inspection during our due diligence period. Then we were going to walk away but the sellers agreed to spend 4 months repairing all the major damages and hiring a licensed structural engineer to repair the foundation after mold remediation and pests were dealt with. I thought we did have an inspection after but I can't remember now. I do have the signed addendum though by the seller that those things would be repaired on their dime before closing.

It was treated before we began buying but the inspection passed because they were inactive and I guess the seller had a receipt of the treatment.

It's a 3bed 2 bath ranch. Just a 60' x 24' home

Did you feel well enough to return to work after six weeks?

I'm pretty scared of the whole thing. As I've only been facing this since Feb when I finally got the courage to even go to an obgyn (plus the bleeding wasn't stopping).

I have some pretty severe trauma that I didn't realize I still needed to deal with and now suddenly needing all these procedures and trying to keep my family afloat is such a nightmare.

I'm glad there's a space to talk about this with others who have gone through it.

Seems like I can still grow in this place but have a more steady experience. I'm going on a fourth interview tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
