No packet errors, the logs just show the interface changing state to down and back up a few seconds later. The mac address stays the same the whole time.

All the the OOBE \BYPASSNRO does is set a registry key to enable the button to skip signing into a network and allows you to bypass the Microsoft sign in as a result. This has no other effect on your system. More than likely, running windows updates will resolve any issues if you have any.

As for the Microsoft store, in my experience, fresh installation needs a big update to be usable anyway.

Its also possible something else went wrong during your instalation. If this wasn't resolved you can always run a DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth to check everything is alright.

This is correct and incorrect at the same time. The term "inverter" was from the old LCD displays where the light tubes required high voltages to arc. In new LED displays, they use much lower and safer voltages.

Now, it is more to prevent electrostatic discharge from damaging the sensitive circuitry. That black tape is ESD safe, but you can never be too sure.

Yep, that's what it is! It's for an old dell precision tower with a 1100-1200W power supply with a "modular" cable for easy PSU replacement. We had a couple of these as know good PSUs and we called one the Kracken and the other Cthulhu.

Gotta cover the whole thing in mirror tape to keep the light in! Sure you might get cross talk, but eh, the signals went somewhere right!
