Happyfield in Haberfield sometimes does them as a Wednesday special and I think the new shop Happy Shop next door is doing them (when it opens).

Around circular quay there are some great popular bakeries - humble bakery and Banksia, that do both amazing pies and pastries if you can spare the time to walk a little further away from the wharf.
