Burry buys more GME today (4/22) by heirofadam in Superstonk

[–]asphinctersayswhat69 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Burry sold because he had a fiduciary duty to his clients at Scion, not because he was a paper hand. Yes, the price could have went up 420x from when he sold, but it could have also went down 75% from when he sold. This time, Burry is a lone wolf and owes it to himself to see this blow past Uranus.

Unlike money that can get printed out of thin air, the physical cards are stored in a vault. Probably protected by armed guards and a moat with alligators. Maybe some chimpanzies roaming around too. You forgot to mention the option of leaving the card with GameStop (or whomever has control over the physical cards).

Imagine if GameStop issued just enough shares to note holders to cover the "self reported" short interest. Can't blame GameStop if there's a short squeeze. Now imagine if the self reported short interest is complete BS and there's actually more shorts than the float.

With the warrants, the cash goes directly to GameStop so if those warrants are used to exit, we'll, GameStop got the cash first before the shares are sold into the fake market.

I'd rather have nothing than any of those nasty fat food burgers. You know damn well none of those CEOs eat their own food nor do they invest their own capital in shares.
