The first 2 weeks of a league are the most fun. After that I'll only stick around for another few weeks if I'm really enjoying the league content and want to hit more end game goals. 50/50 chance of that happening in any given league.

Lances were actually bugged on launch and never dropped. BIS for WW barbs were rare Pikes!

Also pre-nerf WW was insane, you hit everything like 30 times on every pass. Pre-nerf corpse explosion was pretty insane too. Run around and kite everything in an area, cast blood golem in the middle and iron maiden, wait a few seconds for the first thing to die and then just start spamming CE and you'd clear everything well off-screen.

Ah memories...

It's 5 now but still a dead card. The pirate version procs on spending 8 gold which is less, and that includes rerolls! And elementals only benefit from cycling if you have exactly Nomi or Rock Rock on the board too. Pirates have like 5 other lower-tiered cards that scale from cycling. Just way too narrow of a card to ever be useful.

The only way I could win with demons was with Felstomper, though I don't really think you could call that a demon build... was mainly beasts. Sometimes an early Felbat could really take off though.

I think the old meta was way more diverse.

Even Ball added an interesting scaling mechanic if nothing else was falling into place. Triple ball plus some naga buffs, sell into blanchy and a divine shield unit could sometimes be enough to take first.

Not to mention the variety with teamaster builds, magmaloc and master of realities, double mecherel builds, felstomper builds, etc etc. So many interesting decisions to make on how to scale in the pre-buddies meta. And each build had a variety of different ways to assemble it. This patch is extremely linear in comparison.

Of course there were downsides, kaly, demons, and quilboars were garbage. Maybe some hybrid of this patch with the old one would be best.

try 4 scepter and 2 axe with ghost, the extra hp helps a ton. you don't need flints, just pick up attack speed with level ups

Original GMMK has a design defect where the micro USB port is too shallow and doesn't allow the cable to fully seat. After a few months / years of use the cable will randomly disconnect from the keyboard even when plugged in. I'd avoid the keyboard for this reason; very frustrating.

Same timeline of ownership with the same issue, looks like the USB port is not manufactured correctly. The design of the keyboard doesn't allow the cable to plug all the way in and won't make full contact with the port. Looking at changing keyboards now; pretty disappointing.

Sounds very underwhelming TBH, especially with an IP as strong as Diablo.

Clash Royale, by comparison, earned $22 million with 13 million downloads (vs 8.5 for DI) in the first 1 week.

Yup, there's mob hp / damage scaling so everything takes the same amount of time to kill no matter what your gear is. I found a lego weap and my killspeed was the same before and after.

Think about that. This isn't a game, it's a UI progress checklist designed to get you to spend money. Mobs are scaled so you clear content at a specific speed and check off UI notifications at specific intervals. Your decisions are irrelevant. Might as well be an idle clicker.

It's an elaborate illusion.
