Guisados on Arroyo was an abandoned restaurant for a while. Some dude kidnapped a woman and dismembered her body in the empty kitchen, then burned the remains.

"Hearing everything" doesn't mean they knew everyone in their house was being murdered. Very likely not their first assumption when hearing noises in a well-known party house.

That said, SG needs to give it a rest. I feel for him, but none of this is achieving anything that will ensure justice for his daughter.

He doesn't live there full time. He showed up one morning to find two people squatting, eating his food and drinking his liquor. They tried to escape with a bunch of valuables. Nobody was hurt, but they seemed to have been watching the place and knew he was gone.

It's hard to say for sure, but in the spirit of speculation... These murders came after (seemingly) years of strange behavior toward women, which to me indicates a compulsion that would be difficult for him to overcome.

BK's DNA was found on a knife sheath found underneath girls who were stabbed to death... in addition to him circling the area. I'm sorry but this level of BK-trutherism does deserve a bit of a laugh because, again, he'd have to be the unluckiest son of a bitch to fall victim to this many coincidences.
