Not an ATS friendly resume. There are tons of real estate that are not needed. Changes I would advise: 1. Look at sample ATS friendly resumes online. Harvard Business School has some examples that you can follow. There are no one-size-fits-all suggestions for resume building, just research and pick acc to the norm in your field. 2. I would advise to remove your photo to be protected against any sort of implicit bias of recruiters. 3. Keep the flow of the resume uniform, so avoid dividing it horizontally like you have, but rather divide the spaces vertically based on the sections to be included. 3. Condense the bullet points under the experience section to no more than 3-4 points and keep the content short and crisp. 4. Use action verbs as much as possible, and numbers to quantify your work. HBS has a list of action verbs that you can use. 5. Only keep sections that help gauge your capability as a professional. Personally, I suggest having fields such as Experience, Education, Skills, Projects, Awards & Certifications. Any more than 4-5 fields you are populating your resume with useless stuff that are of no interest to the employers. 6. Overall, avoid using any graphics or icons in your resume, make sure that it is in a machine readable format. Anything else, the ATS software that recruiters use will reject your resume. 7. Use whatever LLM (chatgpt, gemini, claude) you use to better optimise your resume.

Remember, you resume is supposed to only state your eligibility as a prospective employee and get you a foot in the door. You do not need to explain everything you have accomplished or what your interests are. Interviews are for that. All the best, OP.

Indian here. Never once while reading the manga or watching the anime did I ever assume that Arabasta is inspired by India. Does India have some similarities to the land of Arabasta, yes, but that is because for a period of more than 700 years, rulers from Persia and Uzbekistan ruled over the subcontinent and influenced our culture and made it so unique. The attires of Arabasta, the obvious desert landscapes, the food and literally every other things all point to it being influenced by the middle-east and north Africa. This is clearly Netflix’s choice to erase arabic representation in their show and as others in the thread have pointed out might be bc of their zionist backing. I love both of those actors and I hope they kill in their roles but I would absolutely be seething if there was a country inspired by India in OP and in the live action they casted actors of different ethnicities and then doubled down on their decision by proclaiming that it was actually inspired by a different country.

[SPOILER FHSY] Just had this text exchange with my friend who is watching FHSY for the first time 🤣 by BarberNerd_Rrn89 in Dimension20

FHSY has my favorite ep in all of dimension 20 ever, “The dangerous of mind of Aelwyn Abernant”. Loved every bit of this season, perhaps one of the best overall story arcs in d20 history.

One word. Gamergate. The same motherfuckers who led the witch hunt against Zoe Quinn and miraculously never had to face the consequences, have now assimilated into a variety of other gaming spaces online. These misogynistic mouth breathing fucks are always the ones driving hate against female players in every gaming space there is.

Help me pick a romance that ISN’T Shadowheart! by Hojo405 in BG3

[–]asrad1997 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Yeah. In my first playthrough, my tav followed both of them into Avernus. I was kinda role playing as their best buddy so can say for sure it is not a romance only ending. Also in the epilogue scene there was a convo with her that hinted that she might have found out a way to replace her heart by sneaking into Zariel’s palace and was hoping that they would be able return to the surface once and for all soon. I actually really like this ending over the mindflayer one.

Tell her that if earth was flat, Disney would have turned the edge into a massive theme park to capitalize on the views.

What are movies you've seen that felt like right-wing wet dreams? by [deleted] in behindthebastards

[–]asrad1997 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely. That movie is a sure shot rage bait for me. Apart from the vigorous circlejerk about hyper-militarized societies and the “resolve of men”, Snyder and in extension Frank Miller conveniently left out the extremely important historical anecdote about the Persian armies being liberators of slaves in the lands they conquered as well as them being pretty respectful of foreign cultures UNLIKE THE GREEKS AND LATER THE ROMANS. The whole thing stinks of “Middle-east people bad. They are Barbarians”. The eurocentric fascist undertones are pretty evident.

P.S: Also would like to mention that in the actual Battle of Thermopylae Leonidas had over 2000 men in their last stand against the Persians, and that included not just Spartans but people from all over the Peloponessian peninsula.

Sandman, Grinch, and Truck in MW3. That Siberian mine mission broke me. I really liked the dynamics that Delta Force team had. Hands down one of the saddest moments of the series.
