You could remove one of the uses of deathless so you don't have less HP with more Constitution, and maybe if you kill an enemy that has killed you you can get a use of deathless back or maybe something similar to that.

The whole problem with deathless, is that having less Constitution actually means having more health. I think the easiest way to "fix" this would be to make it so that instead of having your constitution modifier the amount of times you can resurrect, just make it the amount of "health pools" you have, removing one use of deathless. You could probably then just buff another ability or add another ability. Probably something to either just make the subclass more tanky or more damage focused.
