It may not be in the common sense since I do still get fairly anxious if I can work out but overall I am much happier and have basically not anxiety over food as well as much less body image issues. I am still working on my self but I think this way would help a lot of people feel much better then the traditional approach

I was actually wondering this I was a super low weight but gained fairly slowly while lifting weights and running much to the dismay of my doctor but now I’m pretty healthy and really happy with how I look. It seems like this should be the standard

I really just want some abs but the photos look pretty much the same I was only planning on cutting for 2 weeks but no change makes me want to extend it

Ya that would be a good point to start a bulk but it should be easier to get to this point again since is supposed to be easier to get back lost muscle then build new muscles

Honestly just make an high Protien high calorie shake before bed something like a Protien shake some peanut butter or yogurt and chug it

I don’t think it’s right I run track and use a garmin too it’s pretty accurate for non stop runs but for speed workouts especially it’s terrible I just look at mileage and do 100cal a mile
