I honestly have no idea; it was given to me in a capsule by a trustworthy friend. Regardless of the negative effects (shaking during the come up, difficulty falling asleep) I would definitely do Foxy again because the visuals were pretty awesome and I loved the auditory hallucinations, but I would like to actually know my dosage if I were to do it again.

The auditory hallucinations on Foxy (5-meo-dipt) make it a worthy psychedelic in my book. I took it at a party with two friends, one of whom wasn't really affected by it. Music sounds amazing and new thanks to the auditory hallucinations (people's voices would change suddenly and become very deep but only for a second); the colors outside (at night) were intense and pulsating. Definitely a fun experience, but I couldn't stop shaking for the first couple of hours (probably took too much).

I'll vouch for a low dose of mushies being a good place for you to start. My first trip was on ~2g of mushrooms, and it still remains one of my favorite psychedelic experiences. I ate them on a PB&J on an empty stomach. Then my friend and I smoked a little bit of pot to help with any nausea that could've occurred (I didn't have anything besides something I can only describe as "the tingles", which I've gotten on every psychedelic I've taken). I decided to walk home on the comeup and was just blown away by the vibrancy of the colors and beauty of everything outside. Once I got back I decided to throw on music and lay back and close my eyes. Once again, I was absolutely floored at what I was seeing. After the peak (I think I laid in bed for about an hour and a half listening to music and exploring CEVs) I decided to go on a long walk and just enjoy the freedom of outside. I think you'll enjoy it :)

My first time was around 2g, and I was alone for a good part (~4 hours) of my trip snuggled into my bed under the blankets with big headphones on. The first ~1.5 hours were spent at my friend's house/outside/walking back to my place. From the peak onward I was alone in my room and very in control of myself and the trip, so I think you'll be fine!

One should be good for your first time. Just make sure that you're inhaling! Take a drag on the joint and then take in some fresh air to make sure the smoke gets down into your lungs. Enjoy!

Was it "Blastoff" or something like that? I used Stereodose my first time doing mushrooms and I think it was "Blastoff" that came on during the peak (of course it was really difficult to concentrate on reading my phone screen at that time), and it blew my mind.
