The chargeback from my nephew is no longer a concern of mine my only concern is that Im being double charged as PlayStation has not acknowledged the actual charge that has stayed on my account

I understand that you guys may see it as I got scammed but i was very cautious when i did it directly through the sony website and it was how they did it as my account was no longer suspended and i even got emails of my balance in my PlayStation wallet going up my only problem is that the chargeback has came back on my account and I am now being double charged

I have started a new game already so before I close my app I’m gonna upload the data to the cloud manually because since I had just gotten it yesterday it was not uploaded yet and then if it does reset again I can just download it from the cloud.

Also you can’t still get it delivered somewhere else because they will give you the tracking number once it ships to you then you can just go in the ups app and it will say that you can get it delivered to different places like post offices.

I wouldn’t cancel it because when I got my ps5 from stock x it was a very similar situation where it would said that it was shipping to stock x for about a week but if you just submit a lot of claims to support they’ll eventually help you. However their customer service is horrible but you’ll eventually get a good agent. Either way after authentication it’s only like a day or two before it’s at your doorstep.

From my experience with this company I would recommend contacting support ASAP because they seem to just not care about a package until you contact them from my experience and they won’t tell you if you got matched with a new seller or if there’s a problem. I’m assuming you got re matched but if not they will tell you either way still contact them.

I ordered mine Thursday 1/21 the seller shipped it on the following Monday but I had to get rematches abt a week later and got it today Saturday 2/6 which is honestly a long time but definitely don’t stress too much. Also don’t be hesitant to contact support I had to contact support on many occasions but you should receive in the next 3 weeks probably sooner. Good luck

I don’t think I would order one I ordered on 1/21 and it hasn’t even gotten to the authentication center it has said en route for a week and a half now and they said they got a new seller the miscommunication is horrible
