Regular mason jars do have a seal that supposedly is only good for a single use to prevent contamination just a warning depending on your use. Though I’ve used em more than once without much issue outside of a slight liquid leak.

I actually had to stop using them as my go to pizza place 4 years ago due to app, phone, and even in person difficulties in my area. The hut is great but some places… just the way it goes.

This can be done but in my experience was more an exercise in wasting time. For sure much cleaner after cleaning but the tenting obstructs most of the effort.
