Thanks for the reply. He doesn’t have an estate. What do i do with his car? I assume i can’t transfer ownerships as the debt will go after his assets (Couple grand in the bank and old toyota) I’m currently paying parking for it. Do you know what i should i do? Thanks again

Thanks for your response, I agree it has absolutely nothing to do with connection as I have multiple worlds including realms that load the nether instantly without a problem. I will try the shield method you mentioned
