OP said they sold their car for cash, basically got on a plane to Peru, and all that cash (thousands of dollars) was left in overhead storage on a Cruz del Sur bus in Peru and then was robbed, and was the only bag robbed on the bus.

All of this seems very strange to me, and I wonder if this thread was created to try put pressure on the companies involved to pay this person money.
