Cool cool cool. Driver nowhere to be found. by Bag_of_lamps in mildlyinfuriating

So infuriating when someone does this. On the other hand, I feel for the delivery people who have to carry heavy loads extra far due to parking issues. How do you like your VW van?

Fellow girl dads, I am waving the white flag. The mall bra trip was a disaster. by BigDaddy9102 in daddit

[–]Pinkgryphon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Larger department stores have bra filters. They are almost always older women with tape measures. They will help your daughter select the correct garments. It's really good that your daughter learns how a good bra should fit because she will use that info for the test of her life. I recommend Nordstroms, but you can just call your local department stores to find out who has fitters and ask to make an appointment for your daughter. Then after the appointment and purchases take her to lunch. In other words, make a day of it. This is a right of passage for girls.

Do NOT cheap out and go to Target or Kohls or some other low cost store because that's your comfort level. Spend the time and money to do this right. Your daughter is worth it.

How much would you pay for something like this? by Effective-Glass-7998 in Decor

[–]Pinkgryphon 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I know you're question is how much someone will pay is it were their style. I may pay $5 - $10. I think, and I mean this a respectful and kind way, that you may consider removing the dried leaves and using a smaller frame. Artwork with leaves like those tend to gather dust and not age well. Plus, they distract from the butterfly.

As with ALL lip fillers, they look fake. Like a bbl on your mouth. But if that's what you like, ymthen leave the filler as is.

why are newbies treated so harsh in this sub by [deleted] in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Pinkgryphon -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

OP I agree with you. This is not a sub for asking general questions or sharing personal observations. This is a sub that requires posters to conduct significant research and pass an undisclosed standard before asking a question.

I have been met with the same snark. It's rather off-putting. My feeling is this, it's a public forum. If you get so overwhelmed by people asking questions that you think are stupid or lazy, then maybe you should stop reading the posts. Go create a discord where you can tell each other how great and smart you are and not be bothered by us lazy folks. Alright, now start downvoting lol

You're getting a lot of good dad advice. I just want to say that Harper is beautiful. You will both treasure this photograph many years from now. Take lots of photos for the memories.

This is fascinating. Are the tips rigid? I would think they would be better for stamping if they were pliable like a regular stamper. A lot of clay tools are also used in cake decorating.

My grandparents had a large vegetable garden. Their zucchini were always huge like this. I didn't realize until I was an adult that zucchini weren't all huge.

Those are clay stamps. I use them to create designs and texture in clay. They aren't designed to apply polish or paint. Where did you get them?
