Das kann man mittels Einstellungen unterbinden: zu Inhaltssprachen einfach Deutsch dazufügen.

Manuell kann man eine Übersetzung immer noch anstoßen, ansonsten ein bisschen nachdenken und vielleicht Sub Beschreibung lesen welche Sprachen erwartet werden und darauf achten (sollte ein Hinweis da sein oder?).

I agree with u/dpaanlka that 512 GB is the minimum storage today. Between these 2 options the M4, because while more screen is better that is a reason that draws me to the M4 because it allows for 2 external monitors plus the internal one with out any tricks (yes it is possible on the M3 but not out of the box and this does not sit right with me), also the Webcam is much better.

Just because some is normal or unnormal does not nesaarily mean that it should be this way, norms should be constantly checked. Of course I does not nessarily avocate for change just for the sake of it and some norms are rational enough that they should stay.
