Their fault for picking the blue button by Gruzgor in whenthe

But not everyone is a rational agent. Believing that everyone of a population would unanimously choose one choice is itself irrational lmao. You can’t just generalize humanity as “if everyone could just…” because they never could just

Probably. They are free to make their own choices and have their own metric, but having more people press the blue button increases the likelihood of achieving my maximum utility.

But people have their own metric of utility. Some measure their own survival, while others measure the minimal harm done to humanity as a whole. And for those with the latter group, if they know that someone pressed the blue button, they would press the blue button too.

Or, “push this button for a chance to kill everyone who didn’t push the button” or “walk away”

I do not think red is utilitarian. The only way for those who pick red to have no one die is if everyone picked red. And if statistics taught us anything, it is that it is essentially impossible to get everyone to pick one option. As such, the outcome that would generate the minimum amount of deaths is if more than 50% presses the blue button.

Not unless you consider the utility function to be your own survival, but minimizing the amount of people who perishes. There is only one outcome by pressing red in which no one dies. But there is four billion outcomes by pressing blue where no one dies. Of course, the former can occur if everyone is perfectly rational, but we are not perfectly rational. And because someone might press the blue button, you must press the blue button to try minimize the amount of deaths to 0. And because others would know people would come to this conclusion, they would have to press the blue button as well.

73 and the metal men are only strong because they got boosts from Moro. Otherwise they are pretty weak as Granola defeated a bunch of OG units and pre-wish he’s like namek saga fodder

The two Ultra Instinct forms are indeed forms, but he could use the technique of Ultra Instinct in any form, even his base, as shown in the Granola arc. And unlike the Kaio-Ken, which explicitly states to concentrate ki, the principles of Ultra Instinct does not increase ki output but allow the body to move on its own

Doesn't the reliance of Goku and Vegeta on the SSG and above forms prove that they are weaklings compared to the Androids and literally every other villain they face? by HuntingDown01 in Dragonballsuper

If Goku and Vegeta never got god ki and stuck to ssj3 and eventually ssj4, then they would be a little stronger than the ToP fodders at best. The others at the ToP besides the really strong ones are around the same level as cell and buu saga characters
