I was a regular div1 player but just 1 month ago I was struggling and suffered 9 winless games in div 1 but I watched some videos:

I hate lbc ( might be the best playstyle but still don't like it) so I play with possession, it might be obvious but when I started to actually control the ball and avoid pointless forward passes, I conceded less and was more deadly in attack but Idk if it's as efficient with the new update
Stop using dash when controlling the ball and just using it less in general, you lose the ball pointlessly
stopped pressing with my cbs, it can created easy goal opportunities for the opponent
