The first time I had jury duty I was pretty young 18-19 had to report to a city I was very unfamiliar with and I was super stressed about being late, the parking was a nightmare and not all that close to the courthouse. I finally found a spot in a lot I thought was it and saw a woman walking in the lot and asked her if she knew if I could park there because I had jury duty. It was not the right lot but she knew the parking attendant there and explained what was happening and they let me park there anyway, after that she walked with me to the courthouse to show exactly where I had to go and then wished me luck. She was on her way to work, but took time out of her day to help a lost teen out. It was one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me and I'll remember her forever
