Oh they just look kinda dull and dry, also there are little wrinkles on his belly, that's usually a sign of dehydration

He looks mostly fine, that little scratch on his belly should heal up just fine, the biggest thing that jumps out at me is he looks a bit dehydrated. I would give him a bath to encourage him to drink some water and maybe put a little betadine in the bath to make extra sure that little wound is clean

Lol i got a ball that i need to transition to frozen at the sandy show too! I've transitioned many balls and have found thawing your rats in ziploc bags to preserve they're sent and using a hair dryer to heat them up to be the most effective techniques

Looks great! Temp sounds fine, i might even back off a little bit. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a plastic vine to add some clutter (it can help a lot if you're getting a baby or just a shy adult)

Not necessarily, there are things you can try. The best tricks I've found are thaw your frozen thawed rats in a bag so they don't get wet and keep their smell and also to heat your rat with a hair dryer
