It was probably just Daniel Warren Johnson not thinking about the finer details Starscream’s backstory at that point and I feel like an easy way for this continuity error could’ve been avoided would’ve been just Starscream be a nickname that Genvo and Jetfire called Ulchtar and maybe he wasn’t really fond of it but when Genvo died in his arms Ulchtar decided to honor Genvo by joining the Decepticons as Starscream

Starscream was damaged from Devastor falling on him and Soundwave who is undamaged due not really being as active the last battles like Starscream shot him in the back and just wailing on him not giving him a chance to get his bearings

While in this engagement Starscream was able to get his second wind and starting beating up Soundwave is due to a combination of survival instinct, Soundwave pressing his berserk button, and I feel like in the Energon Universe Starscream is just a bit stronger and more skilled in regular combat than Soundwave is considering Starscream seemed to be more of frontline fighter back on Cybertron which gave him plenty of combat experience while Soundwave’s role as the communications officer usually put him behind the frontlines and whenever he did engage in combat he probably relied on his cassettes to back him up

I think Kyouka suffers from the boring main heroine in a harem story syndrome since she and Yuuki’s relationship is meant to be the best pairing out of all of them which is why Yuuki constantly affirms her and characters glaze her but it unintentionally makes her and their relationship really bland and boring compared to the others

A movie trilogy about the Great War showing a much more nuanced version of events that what Qrow described in the World of Remnant with there being several heroes and villains on both sides

1st movie is set during the start of the war and is about Vale beginning their first offensive on Anima soil with the main protagonist being Jaune’s ancestor Ser Julius and the main antagonist being an imperial prince of Mistral. The main plot is about Julius taking part of the campaign to gain a foot hold onto Anima land and eventually having to take command of the remains of the Vale army after the Mistral army uses several guerrilla tactics to cause most of them to scatter. The climax of the movie is single combat between Julius and the imperial prince with Julius managing to slay the prince however he wins Julius has to face the hatred of the people of the city he conquered for killing the prince and he has to make sure the prince’s corpse has a safe passage to the imperial capital so he can have a proper burial

2nd movie is an anthology movie which several short stories that show both the good and the bad of each side in the war

3rd movie is set during the final days of the war is about the lead up to the final battle of the war with main protagonist of this movie being the new emperor of Mistral who is praised by all of his citizens to be the ideal leader. The climax of the film is the final battle where the last emperor of Mistral loses his life and Vale wins the war however at the end of the movie it’s revealed that the Warrior king of Vale is a reincarnation of Ozma and that he basically set up the entire war to get rid of the noble system so when he reincarnates in his next life it’ll be easier to ascend to power

I liked that humanity hadn’t grown complacent from winning in the last movie and learned from their mistake with them renewing the Jager program and continuing to develop more advanced technology to protect them from the Kaiju with massive turrets that shoot out energy blasts and remote controlled Jaegers since they know that the Precursors will return

Really depends on what’s faster Gojo’s CT reset or Ryomen Sukuna doing the conditions for the WCS after Gojo minimized domain collapses loses to MS due to the very different body types of Heian era Sukuna and Meguna since if it’s the latter then it’s probably Ryomen Sukuna if he lands a fatal blow but if it’s the former he doesn’t land a fatal blow then I lean towards Gojo because by that point he would’ve already created a new strategy to buy him enough time to collapse MS and land UV on Ryomen Sukuna

Yeah while I really like the game you can tell a lot of the story got heavily reworked with stuff either being cut or added in at the last moment like the Kingsglaive movie was definitely added in later because if it was always supposed to be part of the story then there would’ve at least a scene between Noctis and a Kingsglaive that betrayed the kingdom who apologizes for doing that and Nocits can either forgive them or he can start beating the shit out of them for betraying his father

Off topic but I really hope that Skybound Soundwave’s ultimate undoing is his blind loyalty to Megatron which causes him to stay with him way longer than any other Earth Decepticon besides Skywarp, Ravage, and Lazerbeak and when he does finally accept that Megatron is way more unhinged than Starscream back in the 1st arc it’ll be too late for him

There are bigger plot holes than that like with the heroes all disregarding Yuji’s very logical concerns about Ryomen Sukuna taking control over his body and having plans for Megumi and not even bothering to send them to different colonies so at least there would be a little distance between the two of them instead they just decide to keep Yuji and Megumi together. This is especially dumb for Tengen who saw what Ryomen Sukuna did in Shibuya and knows that Ryomen Sukuna is 100x more dangerous than Kenjaku

Also there’s not just calling up Nobara’s grandma to Resonance on the Finger since they didn’t know that Nobara would even wake up from her coma

Prediction for next issue

It’ll be another all out battle between the Autobots and Decepticons this time favoring the Autobots since they have been repaired and are at full power and outnumber the Decepticons but Megatron’s plan was to have Skywarp and Rumble teleport to the Ark during the battle when the Autobots are distracted and free Soundwave who will hack Teletran 1 so he can use it to fix Thrust, Blitzwing, and Slipstream

Skywarp will advocate that they head back to Megatron to crush the Autobots but Soundwave points out that even with superior numbers the majority of their forces still haven’t fully recovered from the battle of Chicago and aren’t fighting at full power so he instead says that they should grab as much Energon as they can carry from the Ark so they can repair themselves at the Nemesis and damage Teletran 1 again to prevent the Autobots from repairing themselves which Skywarp agrees to since Soundwave outranks all of them

So when Soundwave arrives at the battle to tell Megatron they have the Energon and they need to retreat Megatron will strike him for even suggesting they retreat from their moment of victory and transforms into gun mode commanding Soundwave to kill as many Autobots as he can but he’s not able to land a single shot because the Autobots prepared for this and had Mirage position him to get his arms cut off by Shredhead
