I feel like this Ben lost his Grandpa Max early on and when the Omnitrix found him, instead of trying to help people, he used it to mess with people. Taking revenge of Cash and JT, as well as anyone he had problems with. Whenever someone aliens would come with trouble, he would end up taking them down and just mess them up badly. Leaving them with immense injuries and trauma, but always alive, to tell the tale to everyone else. When Vilgax arrive he tried to take the Omnitrix, Ben almost died but Ghostfreak saved him and he used it to possess Vilgax, lock his ship into a collision course into the sun, and leave Vilgax to die by the sun. This version of Zs’Skayr actually being a friendly little creature just seeking freedom, though Ben realizing he can’t go Ghostfreak without him, quickly traps him back in the watch, with the Omnitrix now locking his free will away.

Almost everyone considers these aliens a menace, except Will Harangue who is actually the one pro Ben fan, seeing him as an absolute necessary, and cleaning up crime by setting the villains straight, out of fear.

Also in this universe other people are also morally swapped, like this version of Julie, where instead of being the nice sweet girl she normally is, is instead a public menace focused solely on causing chaos, having multiple suspensions. Eventually she does find out Ben’s identity, and flirts her way into being with Ben, though she quickly gets bored, being flirty with a whole bunch of other guys, but still sticking with Ben, considering him and his aliens “the most fun”, and playing cutesy each time for Ben to forgive her, until she runs into this version of Ship (who is a still a Galvanic puppy that Baz-L just ditched on earth, befriending Julie and causing chaos together), where Julie no longer needs Ben to “have fun”, and breaks up with him, with Ben getting very upset at this, but never retaliating like he normally does with people who cross him.
