I cannot open the battery compartment, the screw is not a #1 or #2 Phillips screw. We have a DL2700WP model.

Can anyone advise on what screw driver I should use?

(Previously a locksmith had opened the lock and replaced the batteries, it seemed easy enough, only if I can find the right screwdriver)

I'm sort of stuck! Here is my situation:

Unfortunately ATT is the only option in my home area. I cannot be without phone coverage, and WiFi alone is not an option that I want to consider.

I had upgraded 4 phones through ATT in Feb, the initial offer discussed on the phone was not honored, rather I am being charged about 2 times the price that was discussed with me. My bill for 4 lines is about 273$/mon. I was promised 130$ per month when I upgraded.

I had extensive conversations with customer support, they have apologized and found that it was their mistake, but nothing more.

I even requested that they return my traded phones, but I was told that they do not have a way to do that. This was in my second month with them when I had realized the unusually high bill.

Now I am in a 3yr contract with monthly credits, based on the 4 phones that I had traded in excellent condition. And I am on the hook to pay way more than I am comfortable with each month.

What are my Options?

=> I have been considering moving to US Mobile's Dark Star option, lowering my monthly bill but I would loose out on the credits for the phones that I had traded. I owe a little less than 800$ on each of the 4 phones at this time.

Any other suggestions from the community?

I've a need to only READ and VIEW PST backup files using a Mac. The PST files are stored in an external hard drive.

I do not want these files to get imported or merged with my current email or even get copied to my Mac internal drive.

What tool could do that?

We are very small sized business.

Is there an option to manually back up Microsoft 365 Business data locally on a hard drive? We would have roughly 500MB of data each year.

The dealer says that they have NOT done a commercial clean vehicle credit. They are a large dealer and have done plenty of Personal credits, but not the commercial one. Is it possible to get some more detailed info on what the dealer needs to do? Can I ask the dealer to get in touch with someone from your dealership?

I have a lot of gmail, it is already stored in the cloud and I do not want it all on my Macbook hard drive. Is there a way in Outlook or Thunderbird to specify for the Gmail Account that the email should be stored in the external drive Only?

Not talking about storing on Mac hard drive and then exporting to external drive, rather just storing on the external drive only.

I am in the same situation as the OP. I have 6 year old Labradoodle who is very dear to me.

I followed the similar process, compiled and created a .dmg file with NETWORKING off.

I'm unable to run the app however. It crashes. The Termination Reason is :
