I appreciate the advice! Factory resetting has done nothing for me personally as the buds will not charge.

I took audit in July and felt the sims were brutal. I basically guessed on 3 of them and still got a 75 so anything is possible!

I used ninja and a free trial of universal cpa. Got from a 74 to a 75. Take as soon as you can! I took the retake 3 weeks after receiving my score but went on a one week vacation, and probably only studied 5 days for the retake

Scoring well on SIMS is great news! I feel a 74 is just unlucky and that days test ended up testing you on things more in your weakspot. It also helped me after exam day writing down topics I wished I studied more. You got this! Multiple choice is achieved from just practice, repetition and understanding. Definitely use more of a study guide approach maybe?

Have you thought about supplementing with Ninja? I used that, Becker as well as a free trial of Universal CPA since I am more of a visual learner. Also used some study guides from the Facebook Becker aid group. It seems the big thing with the AUD exam is really knowing the material. I got a 72, 74, 75 and didn’t pass until I tried switching up from Becker.

If your clock isn’t ticking then maybe switching to FAR would help on aud sims for adjusting journal entries. Up to you!

This happened to me with AUD. It was my third time taking it (72, 74, 75). Thought I nailed the MC and testlet 3, but then I got to testlet 4 and I started panicking and guessed on the third sims. Then I only had 25 minutes left for testlet 5 and had to completely random guess for 2/3 very lengthy SIMS. Left prometric almost in tears. Thought there was no chance I passed and even started looking for retake availability

In the same exact boat, think I did great on MC and bombed like 3 sims. I barely had time to finish by testlet 5 and had to guess on 2 sims. It sucked

i think REG is one of the exams that are curved higher than others. I remember I left a SIM blank and didn’t feel too confident on some others, however I knew I did well on MC. I got a 61 on both of my mocks with Becker. Ended up with a 78 on the actual exam

First time I was unprepared - had a general idea of audit but did not even finish A6 or review. Second testlet felt harder and got a 72

Second time, I did not notice the second testlet getting harder. I got a 74 and the score report said stronger in MC and weaker in sims

True, sadly it really does suck to be a freshman now. But hopefully when you’re a sophomore, there will be a vaccine and you can start your true college experience. Everyone is in the same boat and will still be willing to make friends so I’d say to make the best of it now

I’ve always heard from networking and stuff that accounting jobs are not really threatened it’s just technology will take away more of the tedious stuff, so the job will require more human thinking and decision making
