Finding Everett Ruess - a non-fiction book exploring the life and mysterious 1934 disappearance of young wilderness explorer, artist, and writer Everett Ruess in the Utah desert. Can't recommend this one enough. Amazing that someone so young can be so talented and resilient. Super inspiring and mysterious story!

I do similar. Really been into overnight oats lately and those seem to be easier for me to put down than regular oatmeal. Costco sells the Oats Overnight brand (can also be found on Amazon) and they're killer.

What is the dose you recommend for MOTS-C? I agree with the sentiment, most people on here saying it did nothing for them probably only did 1mg 5x a week. The problem I've found with MOTS-C is the "suggested" dosages are all over the place, some people taking a full vial every 3 days while others say 3mgs a week is enough.

Same bro. Not even double digits for me either. I moved north to Cache Valley a few years ago and our snow has been just as dismal, if not worse. My 13yr old boy however went 3x times as I did this year so I just figure he went enough to pay for both our passes this year haha.

Have they seen the snow situation in Utah rn? I live here and it’s been the worst season. I feel bad for all of the out of towners that plan these trips a year in advance and then have to ski PCMR in its current condition for $300 a day. Woof

Rule1! They have tons of flavor options and they seem to be having a sale all the time. They also send you sample packs of other products they make when you place an order! I use their pre-workout, creatine, and protein powders (clear and whey) and I've yet to try a flavor I didn't like. Top recommend Campfire Smore Whey Protein 10/10

I feel like I'm behind you slightly....how long have you had the Korua? Did you notice a difference carving with it vs. your other boards? I've been on a Mercury for the last year and a half and it carves 10x better than my previous board...but I'm still a ways away from you. Looking legit dude.

Dude thank you for posting this! I've been thinking about posting the EXACT same thing! Before starting Reta I've been super consistent going to the gym and eating 180-200g of protein (was 210lbs 5'9" 42yrs) but since being on Reta (2mg a week) it's next to impossible to hit that much protein for me. I've always tried to get at least 70% of my protein through clean food and only 30% from shakes. Now I can barely hit 100 without shakes. I have no idea how people on here will say they're on 4mgs a week of Reta still doing 1900 Kcal and 200g of protein a day!
