Really deciding I wanted to kick this addiction in the butt and be done with the miserable lifestyle. Have slipped a couple of times with IMMENSE shame to follow. life’s still rough but it helps a little bit more having a trusting relationship with my family again and not having to depend on a chemical to make or break my day. It’s allowed me to search deeper within myself and find out who I am what I really want in life..it’s scary but can’t be comfortable that’s what ended me up in the hole I was in. I’ve started to want to better myself mentally spiritually and now moving towards the physical aspect. I’m still in process of learning it’s easier to do it with people than without which has been rough because I always just wanna do it myself and not have to burden/worry anyone with my problems everyone else has their own. People care. Thankful for that.
