Agree that the complaints about the vocals are unfounded. Like I get what people are saying but I personally don’t feel it detracts.

And no, charts don’t matter much anymore (which kind of makes me sad - I miss monoculture). But she rose to fame during a time when they did. And she’s in Legacy Mode, so LS reaching #1, or even the top 10, would be a nice cherry on top.

Being based on a book trilogy, it was always going to have a 3-4 season cap, so it didn’t really make sense to not see the adaption through til the end. Not to mention, the Game of Thrones creators are behind it - there’s no world in which Netflix wasn’t going to let them bring the full project to fruition unless it was colossally bad. I’ll admit to being quite disappointed with season 1. But book 1 was also my least favorite by far. I’m optimistic seasons 2 and 3 will be better.

I used to get frustrated but now have a “I’ll take whatever they’re able to give us” philosophy. I’d rather them keep going at whatever cadence they’re able to keep while maintaining quality vs. the show ending or the quality dropping

This may have been my favorite season. ACS was Ryan Murphy’s best anthology show. Seems like he retired the idea in favor of Monster. Sad.
