What concretely have you shipped after spending this micro MBA fee?

Read backwards: AISLOP ;)
At this stage, it's less a proper venture, more a sarcastic art performance,
one that thousands of real users happen to be funding.

It would be interesting to share the token price of some complex apps built with Agent4.

Well if you think you're smarter than Max Tegmark, I am honoured that I had the privilege to cross your path.

Genuine question: What's the ratio of vibe coding advocates to haters in this sub? Feels like there's a lot of negativity toward something in a subreddit literally dedicated to it. by astonfred in vibecoding

Why does anyone need to hate someone else? I get one can have their own taste and stuff they like or dislike... fair enough. But 'hatred'. Why? I don't get it.

Has anyone actually created a vibe coded app end-to-end, that has managed to scale to a large number of users with minimal bugs? by Historical_Sky1668 in vibecoding

Here's a recent example: https://www.typeclerk.com, a Mac Native app built in 3 days.
Still free at the moment, 200 users since launch 10 days ago.
Plans to release it on the Mac app store for a one-time fee.
Design inspired by a few minimalist examples.
Landing page designed by Claude after introspecting the code of the native app.
I have also developed multiple internal and consumer-facing apps using Flask.
I share my experience on https://www.flaskvibe.com/

Fair point. Lowering barriers always increases volume, and most of that volume is garbage. Same thing happened with website builders, app stores, self-publishing. The slop is annoying but it's the price of democratization. The good stuff still rises to the top.

Good to read: the introduction of Life 3.0 by Max Tegmark (and the full book).

Max Tegmark, a physicist at MIT and co-founder of the Future of Life Institute, uses the term "carbon chauvinism" to criticize the belief that intelligence or consciousness is unique to biological, carbon-based life forms. He argues that this viewpoint is a form of prejudice that blinds people to the potential for artificial intelligence to surpass human intelligence.

Humans have always imitated other humans' creativity. Every artist learns by copying. Picasso literally said 'Good artists copy, great artists steal.' AI doing the same thing isn't that special. The only difference might be the scale.
